George looked up from shoeing the horse to see the outline of Curley's wife in the doorway of the barn. They were alone.

"Have you seen Curley" she said quietly, standing by the door. 
"What 'bout Curley?’Spose he walks in," muttered George looking at his feet.
     "Well, you gotta put your foot down." she stated. "I ain’t ever told you this, but I don't love Curley. He's fishing for compliments."
    "I ain't so sure this is a good idea George, Curley can stir up an ants nest."
            Curley's wife smiled an ironic smile and asked, "George, Do you have ants in your pants?"
      George was not impressed and replied yelling "No, I just don't want no trouble, I'm tired of messing with fire."
     Curley’s wife laughed and said. “Caught red-handed, I know you like me George."
        George did not know what to say, he exclaimed that,"You drive me up a wall."
  Curley’s wife came close whispered. “I know boy will be boys, but I get lonely and need someone to talk too”.  “Go talk to that crazy lil husband of yours cause you driving me crazy.” replied George.
   “You only hurt the one you love, I’ll be gone before I go back to Curley” Curley’s wife said in a hurry.         
'Leave me alone for gods sake" muttered George, "You have gone over the top this time"

I have a Dream

I have a dream, for teenage bullying to come to an end. Bullying is one of the biggest problems in all schools around the world. Thousands have committed suicides from being bullied. Hundreds of thousands stay home every day because of the fear of being bullied. Thousands will still commit suicide if this is not put to an end. It would be fatal to see more kids dying because someone is picking on them.

We cannot walk alone. We need to take a stand against these bullies. We need to support the victims of bullying. We need to change the rules in school so people will finally understand the consequences.  Now is the time to step up and end these tragic incidents.

I have a dream that this nation will rise up and come up with an end to this, I have a dream that one day little children won’t be judged for what they wear. I have a dream that children will not be judged because of their appearance. This is my hope and this is what I feel should happen. From one school to another at a time, I hope this changes kids’ minds about bullying.

I have a dream that little boys and girls will not be picked on. Little boys and girls will not feel ugly and worthless. Little boys and girls will look forward to going to the next day. Little boys and girls will all get along one day.

This is my dream today.

Let us not attend any more deaths of teenagers because of bullying. Let us not be in pain after seeing kids being picked on. Let us not inform anymore families about how their child has been killed by their own peer.  

The day bullying comes to an end is the day I will be happy. The day there will be no more teenage deaths is when I will be happy. The day people start realizing how wrong this is I will be happy. People don't realize how bad this really is until it happens to them or a family member. I think people should already know how wrong this and more should try supporting it.

5 senses 

  I walked into the hospital waiting room and sat down desperate for some good news about my best friend. I could tell all his friends and family were terrified because of the critical condition he was in. I could see the worried looks on the faces of his loved ones around me. Watching the door very closely, I would look up every time I heard the door open. I remember seeing the fear in my best friend’s eyes the last time I saw him lying in his room. The smell of fear surrounded the air around me. Felt like I had been waiting for centuries now. I could taste drips of sweat as they ran down my face. Suddenly, looking up I saw the Doctor walk in. He had a kind of worried look on his face and I didn't know what he was going to say. He said, "Everything will be fine" and suddenly I felt all the stress and worry leave my body, I felt relieved.

A legendary Man



17 years ago a mind-boggling human being was born. His name was Chanpreet Grewal. They call him Channy for short and people look up to him as he walks through the halls of Princess Margaret. He grew up wanting to be the greatest person he could become. Always trying his best to motivate people, Chanpreet has always made people feel good about themselves. Mr. Grewal considers himself kind of a god because he can do things most people cannot. For example, Chanpreet thinks he is the best 3 point shooter in the game of basketball; people have tried to challenge him but not many have succeeded. Sometimes when he is on the court he considers himself Michael Jordan because no one can stop him. One thing Chanpreet would want to do more in life would be travelling. He has not really explored the world the way he would want to. Channy really likes spending time with his friends and family because he wouldn't be anywhere without them. This how Chanpreet would be described and he is basically one of a kind.

I think the book Overdrive by Eric Walters is very good book because it shows that telling the truth is always the best way out and lying will only hurt you and others around you. If I was the main character in the book overdrive I would have done the same thing as him because I would not want to get in trouble for causing an accident. If I was Jake I also wouldn't have got into a street race with him because I know that it’s easy to get caught doing that. I would have acted a little differently because Jake always seemed scared and stressed to do something with his friends. In his class he would start yelling at the teachers which made it kind of obvious that he was worried or had something on his mind. I would have acted like that because then it would of seemed like nothing had happened and I would try to get away with it. If the boy in the hospital had regained his memory I would probably get caught for street racing with him. If he hadn't regained his memory I would try to keep it a secret as long as possible.

In the book Overdrive by Eric Walters it shows that telling the truth is not as easy as it seems because it can get you into a lot of trouble. I would like to see another one of these books come out because it ends while he’s on the phone. I think I am similar to Jake because he likes to go drive around and go on long drives with his friends and I also like to drive around and go on long cruises with my friends. If I was the main character I probably would have done the same thing as him because when his friend got into an accident, he didn’t tell the truth because he knew he would’ve got into a lot of trouble for what he did. I would have acted the same way because I know that if I had told the truth I would be blamed for the other guy’s accident. The character I don’t like is Luke because he wanted to street race and that was the cause of his accident. I think he should have stopped when the race was over but he kept going which caused him to be in the hospital with a really serious condition. He reminds me of many people that always make the wrong decision and then end up getting into trouble. I would recommend this book to everyone because it shows that telling the truth is always the best way out and it can save you from getting into a big problem.

This car is a very comfortable and one of the most reliable cars out there. They have tons of power and will beat most of the cars in its class. The S6000 puts up 517 HP and is a V12 twin turbo. This car is very quick and gets to 0-60 in about 6 seconds. The S600 is not a cheap car for the top model it will cost you about $190,000. This is a very nice looking car and gets people looking wherever you go.

#2 Rolls Royce Phantom

The Rolls Royce Phantom is one of the nicest luxury cars ever. Its a very big car and is very well designed, for one Phantom to be built it takes 6 months because it his hand made. The Phantom accelerate to speed with conviction much like a jetliner taking flight. This car is very heavy and weighs more than alot of other cars out there the phantom weighs about 5500 lb. The Phantom produces 453 horsepower at 5350 rpm and 531 pound-feet of torque at 3500 rpm which is pretty fast for such a big car. The Phantom is not cheap if you want the top model it will cost you about $470,000.

Maybach 62S. Its engine, developed by Mercedes and in-house performance tuner AMG, is a 6.0L twin-turbo V12 incredibly rated at 620 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque that starts at only 2000 rpm. This is a very big car it kind of looks like a mini limo. Inside the Maybach there are massaged seats and a tv for the passengers to watch. The roof also come off so you could enjoy the weather when its nice out. This car is very comfortable for everyone and thats why it is #1 over the Phantom and the Mercedes. It might not be as fast as the other cars because it is very heavy but thats because this car isnt meant for speed. This car is probably out of most people price range because it costs $1,380,000 which is a lot of money for a car.

In my Ideal place I would only allow in people that I chose other than that no one would be allowed in. I would want to live in a mansion where there’s a lot of open space so I could do whatever I want whenever I want. I would have my own underground parking for all my vehicles. I would want a indoor pool to just relax in after a tiring day of doing fun stuff.  My mansion would be located somewhere by a very nice beach so I could enjoy the view. In my garage I would have the nicest cars and trucks in the world. When I would go out it would be very difficult to choose a vehicle because I have so many of the nicest vehicles. In my mansion I would have a basketball court and a gym so I could get all of my daily physical activity. I would have a room full of my favorite types of food so I could go and eat anything whenever I want to. Behind my house I would have my yacht that I would take around the beach if I got really bored. In my garage I have a couple of ATV's and dirt bikes to drive around my dirt bike course which would be located beside my house. On my roof I have my very own helicopter which is used for me to go traveling to new places. My mansion is 5 stories including the underground garage. On the very top floor there’s only one room and that is my master bedroom. In that room there is a hot tub and a theatre room setup so I could watch movies and play some videogames. They bed is 8 meters long and 5 meters wide because I like to have a lot of room when I sleep. All of this sums up my ideal place that I would like to live in very soon.

Changing History

If i could change history i would go back in time to save myself from falling and getting 5 stitches on my head. It all started when I was 7 years old and ran after a little cat that kept following me around. It got annoying so I tried to chase it away, I didn't think it would be faster than me but the little cat just kept on going. I started to get really mad so I ran as hard as I could to try catching up to it. The little cat jumped a fence and I tripped on a rock and fell straight on to my face. My face was dripping with blood and a couple minutes later my dad came out and found me crying on the ground and he quickly picked me up and took me to the hospital. If I could go back to that moment I would throw something at the cat so it would run away instead me having to chase it all around the block. If I had done that i would not have got a scar on my head and wouldnt have had to get stitches. After that day i never found that cat ever again which is probably a good thing because I would have ran after it again.
